A Swedish Tartan

When you a have a Scottish designer as head of a Swedish brand you shouldn’t be surprised to see culture and textile mix. Scottish Ronnie McDonald, head designer at Tiger of Sweden,has just created a series of limited edition tartan collection celebrating the brand’s 100 years.

McDonald has created a unique tartan pattern, now registered at The Scottish Register of Tartans, sewn into 100 jackets, 100 scarves and 6 kilts and sold at London Tiger of Sweden stores.
But all this post so far was just an excuse to watch the beautiful short film, presenting the collaboration between the Swedish brand and the textile developer London Cloth Co:
